Travis Wright, a 30-year real estate and technology industry veteran, was appointed Executive Director of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) by the National Association of Realtors on Jan. 1, 2010. RESO oversees the NAR-supported Real Estate Transaction Standard (RETS), which defines an approach for exchanging property listings with multiple listing services. Wright most recently served as the president of Stewart Transaction Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Stewart Title Co., where he was responsible for developing, deploying and maintaining enterprise software platforms and creating the paperless transaction process for Stewart Title.
