Steve D. deGuzman is Founder/CEO/Broker-In-Charge of the rehava.com Real Estate Store, a revolutionary concept that involves rebates of the buyer’s agency commission, unparalleled technology and a unique retail customer experience.

Prior to rehava.com, deGuzman’s entrepreneurial experience extended into the restaurant, fitness, and even the entertainment industries, having won many awards and launched numerous restaurants, including over 20 of the original HOOTERS restaurant chain, 2 successful fitness clubs and even assisting in the discovery, signing, and tour of the platinum-selling rock music group Tantric when they opened for Kid Rock, Creed and 3 Doors Down.

deGuzman is considered by his weekly Co-Working  Group to be quite the knowledgeable computer geek, having designed many websites and developed software for his business and other’s.  He is an Open Source “evangelist”, encouraging everyone to set themselves free of fee-based software and to embrace the “bleeding edge of technology”, where you can often times return tens of thousands of dollars to your company’s war chest.
