Key Deadlines & Registration Policies
Early Bird Deadline
We encourage early registrations and will even discount the package you choose if you sign up by this date. Our conferences do sell out, and registering in advance helps ensure your spot. The Early Bird deadline is May 20, 2011.
Transfers, Cancellation & Refunds
You may transfer your conference registration to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference in writing by the deadline, 30 days prior to the event. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the deadline as well as “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.
Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Real Estate Connect, reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.
Filming
Strictly prohibited.
