Pete Kazanjy is the co-founder of Honestly.com, the largest professional reputation and peer review site on the web.

Pete and his team founded Honestly.com to help bring the kind of reputational transparency to the world of business professionals that community review sites like Yelp, Angie's List, and others have offered other markets for more than a decade. Honestly.com exists as a resource to help professionals get credit for the great work they do, and help people make better judgments about who to work with, work for and hire.

Prior to Honestly.com, Pete worked in product marketing at VMware. There, he witnessed firsthand the importance of transparent online reputation in making or breaking products in the market—Amazon Product Reviews, Apple iTunes Reviews, and online message boards being the primary reputation sources in the consumer software space. At the same time, he Pete witnessed the sore lack of transparent, accessible professional reputational information to guide successful hiring, partnering, and other business decisions within and between organizations and professionals.

Honestly.com was born from the belief that community contributed professional reputation, surfaced online, can help make the professional world more effective, rewarding and meritocratic.
