James Dwiggins was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, California, where he attended college with a major in business. In November 2006, he joined Realty World Northern California, Inc. as director of technology and strategy, and in May of 2008 he was promoted to chief strategy officer. He is responsible for the development and implementation of new technologies, marketing and advertising the company deploys to its 200+ offices, as well as the strategic positioning of Realty World in the marketplace.

Prior to joining Realty World, he was co-founder and vice president of sales for VREO, Inc. from May 2002 to October 2006. Prior to VREO, he co-founded USA Virtual Tours where he was vice president of sales and responsible for the company's rapid growth.

Throughout his career in the real estate sector, he has consulted with numerous top real estate companies in the United States and has been responsible for the development of many advanced technology solutions. He was also honored to be the 2010 Chair of the Young Professionals Network for the California Association of Realtors.
