Ryan Crecelius is the founder and CEO of DO GOOD Real Estate, a residential real estate brokerage company based in Wilmington, North Carolina. Ryan began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker after graduating college in 2006 from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In 2010, with the housing industry in a tailspin he moved on to build a unique brokerage, blending capitalism and philanthropy, with the aspiration of enhancing the customer experience and promoting positive social change.
To help protect the vision of the company throughout its growth, Ryan undertook the steps to have DO GOOD certified as a “Benefit” Corporation and following a 12 month audit, DO GOOD became the first B Certified residential Real Estate firm in the country. Ryan is an elected member of the Board of Directors for the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors (representing 2,000+ members), founder of the Young Local Broker’s council and a regular speaker at the University Of North Carolina at Wilmington’s Business School, on the topics of entrepreneurship & corporate social responsibility.
