At the start of Kendyl Young’s real estate career, beepers were common and cell phones were rare. Young holds a BA in Mass Communications from UCLA and enjoyed a brief career in Sales Management at Proctor and Gamble and M&M Mars, but real estate is her life’s avocation. She has sold over 600 homes and has been committed to delivering the best possible experience to each and every client served. Technology plays a large role in Kendyl’s real estate business and she is an acknowledged leader in using blogging, video and social media to educate and empower the consumer to make better choices.
Young has written over 1000 blog posts and created nearly 200 original videos with that goal in mind. However, Kendyl never forgets that technology is just a tool and the true goal is the relentless pursuit of the flawless real estate transaction.
