Jim Marks calls himself an Internet Anthropologist. His remarkable ability to create effective strategies that no one else has even considered, his obsession with a cause (your website), and his amazing detective skills (knowing what the client wants & needs and how to get it) have earned him that title. An enthusiastic and engaging speaker, he has spent his career studying the habits and expectations of the Internet Consumer. Between long hours in dark rooms staring at spreadsheets and cardboard cutouts of Internet families to learn their every click habit… and his frequent trips to Starbucks strictly for demographic studies, Jim has learned what it takes to dominate on the internet.
As President of Virtual Results, Jim teaches businesses how to WIN by using effective Web Design, efficient Social Media, SEO “Magic” and Data Management to drive traffic AND convert it to business. He has a reputation for casting aside common misconceptions and using statistical analysis (real numbers) to prove what actually works and what doesn’t… and hey, if that doesn’t interest you… He can buy you a beer, a favorite subterfuge technique of Bruce Wayne, which explains yet another similarity between our fearless leader and Batman.

Dominic Morrocco, Co-founder of M Squared Real Estate and one of the nation’s leading real estate technology developers, currently oversees the company’s technology and marketing divisions. In addition to his work for M Squared Real Estate, Dominic regularly contributes to Geek Estate blog, where he shares his thoughts on technology, marketing, and branding with real estate agents throughout North America.
In February 2011, Dominic launched M Squared Real Estate’s public website, msqrealty.com. The site received great acclaim from industry professionals for its unique offerings, ease of use, and overall functionality. Dominic’s brainchild quickly grew to assist over 30,000 real estate seekers a month, and raise public awareness of the new company. In July 2011, Dominic also launched M Squared Real Estate’s corporate Intranet, which functions as a comprehensive, virtual office for the company’s growing roster of consultants.
Since entering the industry in the late 1990s, Dominic has served as CEO, President, and Chief Technology Officer for a variety of real estate entities. In 1999, Dominic created the first real estate brokerage website to enable consumers with the ability to search the entire MLS prior to the availability of IDX and RETS solutions. The concept quickly gained traction – in just one year, the site enabled Dominic’s team of 10 agents to close over 48M in residential transactions. By year two sales exceeded $120M, and by 2002 over 90% of the company’s business was generated online, without the added expense of traditional advertising to increase visibility and drive traffic. Dominic sold this technology to a national real estate conglomerate in 2003.

He wanted to be able to take ownership of his work, to have his work be an actual contribution and to create a company culture that he’d enjoy working in. Those were the driving forces that sparked the birth of BoomTown and they are the backbone of what the company is today. Imraan Ali has been a Realtor in Los Angeles for 9 years. He thought real estate would give him freedom and time to raise a family. Instead real estate took over his life.
He was always on his computer, interrupted during family time to attend to client calls and spending evenings trying to catch up. Time became the most valuable asset to him because he didn’t have enough of it. Then Imraan was introduced to Kevin. Kevin was a gifted programmer who loved helping people by making tools. Imraan shared with Kevin big problems in his real estate business. Kevin came back a week later with an app for that.
Interested in feedback from other agents, Imraan started sharing the app with the smartest agents he knew in LA. The third agent was so impressed he wrote a check then and there to be an investor. The fourth agent who saw it wrote a check twice as large.
Imraan ended up sharing the app with hundreds of agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, managers, vendors, CEO’s, tech bloggers, Realtor Association Presidents, MLSs, IT people, coaches, attorneys, consultants and without fail everyone was interested.
And through his sharing of the app Imraan learned quickly that other Realtors had similar problems as him. And there were a lot of problems. Imraan then made it his mission to help Realtors SAVE TIME. And the Realtors believed so much in the app that Kevin and he made that the Realtors themselves invested over $400,000 in the project.
And NuOffer was born.

Since that time, eXp Realty has quickly grown to 25 states throughout the United States and is in the process of expanding internationally.

John is a passionate software entrepreneur and an aggressive innovator, focused on creating a powerful, intuitive information management platform for the real estate industry. John got his first glance into real estate investing while working as a consultant, where it rapidly became apparent that real estate transactions were complex, with many parties lacking easy access to information. In 2008 John founded Ucloser, LLC to focus on software opportunities in the real estate industry.
Under John’s guidance Ucloser has evolved from a simple document and transaction management system into a mission-critical business system for its customers. Rather than create a one-size-fits-all product that ultimately fits no one, John created a platform that allows each customer to tune the product precisely to their business. Ucloser provides each customer with a customized set of capabilities while operating from a single, shared software platform. Customers run the gamut from traditional brokerages to law firms, from specialists in short sales and REOs to national title companies.
Before Ucloser, John co-founded 3rd Dimension Design, a web development company that architected, designed and developed custom web-based software for corporate clients, including Gray Construction and CRST International. CRST uses the collaboration tool designed by 3rd Dimension to schedule and track over 1600 drivers, saving a six-digit sum annually relative to their older methods.
When sports news publishing network iHigh was ready to pursue a major expansion on the web, they chose John as the CEO of iHigh.com. John presided over the creation and implementation of the business, which provides news, video and game broadcasts for high school sports teams nationwide, as well as customized websites for the teams.
After iHigh.com John founded Whiteboard Enterprises, a technology and business consulting firm that worked with businesses to fine-tune their business strategies, and to manage the development of their web applications. Whiteboard clients include eHomeAmerica.org, a national non-profit that deploys a custom web-based system to educate, test and certify new homeowners as part of the NeighborWorks America program.
John’s entrepreneurial roots are deep, extending back to painting and lawncare businesses he founded as a teen. During his college years John was President of the University of Kentucky Entrepreneurs Club, an active group that has spun off numerous young and growing companies.

Charlie Young works by the philosophy, “don’t bring problems, learn to bring solutions.” As president and CEO of ERA Real Estate, Young is responsible for the strategic growth of one of the world’s leading real estate franchisors. He manages relationships with member brokers and works to make them more profitable; and oversees the field services team, operations and national training program. As part of his business philosophy, Young also believes one of his key responsibilities is to deliver value every day to team and franchise members.
Since becoming president and CEO in April 2009, Young has led the rebuilding and repositioning of the ERA brand. Not one to look back, Young is always looking ahead to see what he can accomplish and how he can positively affect business. Young firmly believes every young professional should take time out to fulfill their passion – whether it be travel or volunteerism – before heading to the workforce. He believes the year he spent after college as a Rotary Youth Exchange student where he traveled around Europe and South Africa participating in various public speaking engagements was one of his more invaluable experiences. He credits much of his successful career and life to what he learned in that program in his early twenties. The more confident a person is, the more value they can deliver in any industry, while accelerating career advancement.
