A sixteen year veteran of the real estate technology industry, Andy Woolley was tapped in 2011 to head up the web services group of Homes Media Solutions, a division of Dominion Enterprises recently formed to unify the development efforts of its real estate technology brands.
Under Woolley’s leadership, Homes Media Solutions successfully launched Homes Connect in 2011. The Homes Connect platform leverages the best functionality of Advanced Access, eNeighborhoods, NUMBER1EXPERT, and AgentAdvantage; the technology powering the property search and lead generation services for leading real estate brands RE/MAX, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA; and listing and brand exposure on Homes.com, creating the real estate industry’s first truly integrated marketing platform.
Having joined eNeighborhoods in 2003 as Director of Marketing, he was quickly appointed to lead the newly formed MLS Services division of eNeighborhoods in October 2004, following the company’s acquisition of WyldFyre Technologies, the leading provider of software for real estate professionals to access and manage MLS data. In October 2005, he was promoted to Vice President of eNeighborhoods’ Enterprise division, where he served until being promoted to Vice President/General Manager in 2009.
Prior to joining eNeighborhoods, Woolley was instrumental in the growth and success of the popular Lightning software brand, originally developed by IRIS, LLC of Newport Beach, CA and later acquired by Homeseekers, Inc. After joining IRIS in 1996 as its first employee, Woolley served in several sales and management roles, helping IRIS achieve the ranking of #192 on the Inc. 500 List of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies in 2000. Woolley remained at Homeseekers until 2003, serving as Director of Internet Products, overseeing the company’s IDX and web site product lines.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Woolley currently resides in Coto de Caza, CA with his wife and two children.
