Debra’s personal mission is to “Inspire, Ignite & Infuse: Passion, Progress & Purpose." Raising the level of excellence in every aspect of her world defines her core essence.

Her real estate journey began in late 2002, and she is currently leading the training and community engagement mission for Coldwell Banker Bain|Seal’s Oregon and Washington locations. Before real estate, she enjoyed satisfying careers in executive recruiting, retail sales management and the wonderfully chaotic world of event planning.

Debra is passionate about living her life out LOUD and to the fullest, and she loves connecting and engaging on and offline, nurturing positivity, inspiring leadership, planning travel, singing karaoke, sipping wine and embracing change!

She and her husband, Andrew, live in the Seattle area, along with their feisty Mini Pinscher pup, Niko.
