Mark is the founder and CEO of HDhat Real Estate Video, the world’s largest real estate video editing company. HDHat has edited over 10,000 videos in the past 24 months for agents and brokers in four countries. HDhat also builds custom wide-angle lens products for the iPhone 4 and 4S, iPad 2 and other point and shoot cameras.

Mark is responsible for designing the Single Property Video, which is a complete re-think on how to deliver an entire listing to a buyer via a QR code and a mobile-ready video — one where the listing information, community information, school information, agent contact and all other details of the property are delivered to the buyer in a single video.

Mark got his start in real estate nine years ago at a RE/MAX office in Lansing, Michigan. He developed a video strategy that helped the office grow from a No.5 position to a strong No. 2 in that market. He has created numerous real estate video tutorials and how-to articles that can be found on sites such as RE/MAX International’s Mainstreet System, TechSavvyAgent, Youtube and on the main HDhat site.
