Mel began in real estate as an investor while teaching middle school students. As his investments grew, he steered away from teaching and pursued real estate full time. His portfolio consists of owning cash flow properties, flipping real estate and building new construction homes.

Mel established Property Hub Realtors, New Jersey’s first virtual and paperless real estate brokerage, to minimize overhead and maximize the bottom line. He utilizes the latest technological advancements to make his office and realtors more efficient while allocating savings to lead generation to gain a higher return on investment.
