Kelly is the CEO of REcake, a branded mobile app providing effortless client communication and instant brand engagement for the agent and simple, powerful mobile MLSsearch tool for the client.

She draws from 20+ years of strategic marketing, business development and digital marketing expertise. Her background includes successfully launching four startup companies each in a unique industry including technology and real estate.

The inaugural president of the Social Media Club of Hawaii, Kelly founded Next Level Hawaii, a business-centric social media event bringing world-class social media speakers together in Honolulu.

Her real estate company, The Kelly Mitchell Group at Elite, is an active extension of her award-winning real estate practice.

Kelly is the the producer and host of a Blog Talk Radio Show, Raw Nights for RealEstateandWomen.net and she video blogs for the site. She serves on the board of advisors for the Hogan Entrepreneur Program at Chaminade University.
