Jasmine serves as the senior vice president of marketing for Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group, overseeing the 15-person marketing dpartment. Her primary role is the development and oversight of creative strategy for individual clients’ developments. In partnering with each of the firm’s managing directors to determine the marketing concept for each property, Jasmine contributes insight into the target markets’ psychographics and a deep understanding of the most sophisticated and effective strategies to reach the target consumers and brokers. Her long-standing relationships with luminaries in the creative fields assist her and her team in executing complex partnerships and programs to benefit each property in the Corcoran Sunshine portfolio.
In addition, Jasmine oversees marketing direction for the company overall and leverages the depth of the portfolio to negotiate the best possible added value benefits with outside partners. She has created and oversees innovative cross-property marketing programs, such as the biannual Corcoran Sunshine Open House Weekend event and routinely brings creative ideas and relationships to benefit the marketing and sales programs of all Corcoran Sunshine properties.
Jasmine brings to Corcoran Sunshine ten years of prior experience in the world of fashion and luxury lifestyle publishing, during which she provided acclaimed editorial direction to magazines such as Harpers’ Bazaar and Elle. After her tenure with several of the country’s most commercially successful publications, Jasmine engaged in numerous entrepreneurial ventures including her own media consulting firm. Mir Media Consulting was responsible for distinguished national and international luxury publication and product launches and rapidly developed a reputation for tapping into emerging international markets as well as bringing previously distinct worlds of design into rich creative dialogues.
Jasmine received her bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree and doctorate degree in history from New York University.
