After only six full years in the business, Ben now owns and operates a top-producing real estate team in Washington State along with multiple real estate brokerages that includes over 260 agents servicing four counties. Ben is a national trainer and speaker, a top-producing agent that sold over 275 homes in 2010 and has sold over 500 properties in 2011. Ben is also ranked as one of Wall Street Journal’s top 100 agents for total units sold and total sales volume in the nation for 2010.

Ben serves on the board of directors at Activerain Corp and is the creator and keynote speaker for Raincamp a nationally known real estate technology conference. In 2011, Ben and The New York Times best-selling author Jay Papasan wrote and published an award winning book named “Soci@l – How to attract friends, followers, and connections to your real estate business.”

Most recently, Ben has created the newest real estate designation and training program: IMSD (Internet Marketing Specialist Designation), which teaches agents the tools and systems needed to thrive in the toughest of markets.

When Ben is not teaching, writing about or selling real estate, he enjoys fishing Washington rivers for steelhead, playing with his golden retriever Taupo and cooking for his friends.
