Rebecca has worked in the MLS industry since 1998, and has been the CEO of the UtahRealEstate.com MLS since 2007. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in computer science, and she also has an MBA in technology commercialization from Westminster College. She is a member of the Utah Technology Council, and also serves on NAR’s MLS policy committee.

Since becoming CEO of UtahRealEstate.com MLS, she led the effort to develop, and in February 2009, successfully deployed a new in-house MLS platform, including an integrated public facing website and mobile website. UtahRealEstate.com is currently the third ranked MLS public website in the nation.

Rebecca was elected to the board of The Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) in the fall of 2010, and became the board chair in January 2011. Her focus for the organization has been to create and implement a sustainable long-term strategic plan, which includes restructuring the entity, and gaining more support from the MLS industry.
