Cyndee is a straight-talking, full-time Realtor® and blogger with Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida specializing in “the bluest backyards." This Florida native has a total passion for helping others find their piece of paradise and live the Florida lifestyle.

Cyndee and her husband and partner, Jack, continue to embrace technology and leverage their ability to connect with their ideal clients. Currently over 90 percent of their business comes from clients they connected with online. They have successfully grown their real estate business 356 percent over the last four years, and in 2011 were personally the top-producing agents at the top-producing Pinellas County brokerage made up of over 1,500 agents.

Cyndee has a computer science and marketing background and started her career in 1985 as a business consultant for IBM. Her last corporate job was as director of strategic marketing in Tampa, Florida helping her clients utilize technology for business results.

In 2005, she brought these same skills to her real estate business. One example is Cyndee’s vision to harness the power of “social proof” early on by pioneering video testimonials on her blog SandbarsToSunsets.com in 2007. Their first client testimonial has been viewed over 9,700 times to date on Youtube alone. She continues to implement new technologies, ideas and strategies to better serve her clients.
