Michael joined Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC as its senior vice president of marketing in February 2008 and he was named chief marketing officer in April 2010. He oversees and directs the Coldwell Banker® brand’s consumer marketing, including advertising, online initiatives, market research, public relations, internal communications and regional marketing activities. He also guided all aspects of www.coldwellbanker.com, as well as marketing activities associated with Coldwell Banker Previews International, www.coldwellbankerpreviews.com and the brand’s agent intranet www.coldwellbankerworks.com.

Since joining Coldwell Banker, he has overseen the launch of the all-new coldwellbanker.com, which includes the integration of IDX listings and video, advanced search capabilities including keyword search, Bluescape sm search and lifestyle search, as well as the launch of an expanded web platform that includes mobile WAP sites and APPs, a video-enabled iPad app and the Brand’s Youtube Channel, Coldwell Banker On Location.

Michael had previously spent 15 years at Nissan North America (NNA), most recently as director of marketing communications. At NNA, he led all strategic planning and creative development for the Nissan and Infiniti division marketing activities, overseeing the launches, among others, of the Nissan Rogue, Altima Coupe and Infiniti G37 Coupe. Prior to that, he served as NNA’s director of market research and brand management.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1981, and later earned an MBA in marketing and finance from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1992.
