Brooks is the executive vice president, corporate development of Real Living Real Estate and is responsible for the development of strategic corporate initiatives and oversees the identification and development of lucrative new partnerships and ventures for the Real Living brand in the U.S.

Previously, he held the position of EVP, operations of Real Living Real Estate and was responsible for Web services and information technology infrastructure, the day-to-day operations of the agent and customer care centers, strategic alliances and affiliate programs. He also held the position ofCOO of Real Living, Inc. He first joined Real Living as the CEOof Real Living Relocation Management. Along with Real Living Relocation Management he oversaw Real Living Business – The Commercial Partnership and Real Living’s affiliate programs.

Prior to Real Living, Brooks served as vice president of sales and marketing with Floyd Bell Inc. Previously, he provided consulting services to several Fortune 500 clients within the energy industry through his company, The Burton Group, a consulting firm offering strategy and operational expertise to the retail energy industry. Prior to that, he served as president and CEO of JumpHome. He was also the vice president and general manager of Utilicorp United.

He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing from the University of Kentucky. He and his wife reside in Columbus, Ohio with their two children.
