Nikki brought expertise and experience from success as a business and technology consultant with her to selling real estate in New York City . A born and bred Manhattanite, she has long been a resource for information and guidance for friends,colleagues and clients who have decided to make New York their home. Her real estate home became Warburg Realty,one of New York’s oldest real estate firms,which has been providing luxury real estate services since 1896.

Nikki is an active member of REBNY (Real Estate Board of New York) where she serves on the Education Committee and is a member of the Residential Sales Council. She is a member of the Lucky Striker Social Media Club. Believing that knowledge and sharing are the essence of growth, she makes time to continue learning and growing to better serve clients and customers.

As her business allows, she makes time to give back to her colleagues locally at REBNY, Real Estate Bar Camps and speaking with local agents in the NYC metropolitan area, sharing knowledge forward as well as cultivating new relationships with agents within and outside of her market. She contributes to the Warburg blog and maintains Your NYC Real Estate Resource, a blog on NYC life and its real estate. She has also contributed guest blog posts for a variety of blogs,including Tech Savvy Agent,Inman Next and is a regular contributor to Real Estate and Women.

She volunteers with Destination Imagination and Special Spectators, and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the East Harlem Little League, having served for many years as their chief information officer. She has remained active with alumni community both at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, the ‘FAME’ high school, and at New York University where she is a member of the Young Alumni Leadership Circle.
