Charlie is president and chief executive officer of ERA Franchise Systems LLC where he is responsible for enhancing the ERA® value proposition and implementing growth and profitability strategies for its member brokers.

Charlie joined ERA Real Estate in February 2009 as chief operating officer and was appointed to his current position in April 2009. Prior to that, he served for five years at Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, as senior vice president, marketing and as chief operating officer. Under his leadership, Coldwell Banker won the Inman News Innovator of the Year award in 2007.

Charlie served as a vice president for then Cendant Mortgage (now PHH Mortgage). He has also held executive positions at Frequency Marketing Inc., Foote, Cone & Belding Direct, Bell Atlantic Directory Services and the New Jersey Nets.
