Wendy Forsythe is Executive Vice President/Head of Global Operations for Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the fast-growing real estate brand, and developing and refining business processes, recruiting, training, and Atlantic & Pacific’s web strategy, as well as consumer relationships in order to expand the company’s presence into new markets. Wendy possesses a unique combination of knowing what works and anticipating what real estate professionals will require in order to succeed in this evolving market. She is an accomplished real estate executive with more than 15 years of industry experience. Wendy’s talents for building and developing products and services are deeply rooted in her own experiences as an agent, manager, broker, owner and brand executive. Prior to joining Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate, Wendy was instrumental in guiding the operational discipline and growth of hundreds of residential real estate offices and thousands of associates and brokers at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Royal LePage Real Estate and Realty World. Within the real estate industry, Wendy has taken a lead role in talent attraction and is often called upon for speaking opportunities and bylines. In April 2009, she was appointed to the advisory board for Recruiting Trends and is a regular contributor for the website. In October 2009, she was a featured speaker at Kennedy Information’s Recruiting 2009 Conference on best practices of talent attraction. She also spoke on the topic at the 2009 National Association of Realtors Conference.
