William Quinlan, CCIM, is the President/CEO and founder of Investment Property Associates, Inc. Since 1990, the company has consistently been one of the most active commercial real estate offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The main goal of the company is to increase the profitability of their clients.

Mr. Quinlan is a recognized commercial real estate expert. With 31 years experience in the industry, he has been involved in more than 1000 transactions for more than $2.5 billion in transaction volume.

One notable transaction was the sale of 50 acres of property to Bass Pro Shoppes in Dania Beach, Florida, which has become a major employment center and tourist attraction. Also, he played a key role in the releasing of Las Olas Boulevard and the 17th Street Causeway in Fort Lauderdale.

Finally, he is an member of several civic organizations and firmly believes in the business philosophy created by President John F. Kennedy that "a rising tide lifts all boats".
