Tom Cox is principal broker, co-owner, & auctioneer for RE/MAX FourSquare Realty located in LaGrange, Oldham County, Kentucky 40031. He is 49% owner of Thomas O. Cox, LLC with his wife, Gale Cox owning 51%. Tom was first licensed in Kentucky and Indiana as a real estate sales agent with Venture Resource, a business brokerage. He became an Associate Broker in Indiana in August 1998. In November 1998, he sat for and passed the Kentucky Board of Auctioneers Apprentice Examination and became a Principal Auctioneer in November 2000. Later, he joined RE/MAX Commercial (Louisville, KY); with future stints with Coldwell Banker McMahan and Prudential Parks and Weisburg as a commercial producer prior to moving to LaGrange in Oldham County where he continued to operate an an independent broker-auctioneer until October 2004 when he formed FourSquare Realty. The firm grew to 25 associated agents and brokers prior to revamping the firm to become more professional affiliating with only full-time or a select few experienced associates. In July 2008, Thomas O. Cox, LLC joined the RE/MAX International organization as RE/MAX FourSquare Realty.
