    bye, bye Zillow...and good riddance. In the resort/ retirement market of Cape Cod,this site just proved to be a pain in the neck.. I personally had two clients make Zillow based offers over the past few years...both were told to go away and missed out on tremendous deals...

    When should we advise our clients that it's okay to buy?...when the "market" gives its affirmation that it's okay when diminishing inventories and appreciating prices inevitably return? I don't know about you, but I buy things when they are on sale...and I advise my clients to consider doing the same. Trying to help your clients market time this in terms of cost / availability of money and price is a dangerous game. In my market,the folks that bought value/ location, in the early to mid 90's recession, look like geniuses today....
