Quick Bio: Southern California native born in Los Angeles, CA. Owned and operated CASC since 1998, specializing in mortgage and litigation related assignments in the Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties. Experience includes review work, purchase money, equity, bankruptcy and private party litigation.

Collaborative Efforts:
1999-2002 - Collaborated extensively with GlobalDMS - a leading technology company - in the development of the #1 appraisal management platform in the US and Canada today used by appraisal firms and large banks.

2005 - Collaborated with a California accredited appraisal educator in developing an on-line interface for an interim continuing education course approved by the state, from conception to implementation.

And that's the real risk. Forget the $25 bil. That's chump change. If this goes into play, investors will demand the federal back-stop stay permanent. If Congress allows this, we'll be playing the same hand again at the end of 2009.
