Real estate consulting is my specialty. I am the developer of the first "activity based pricing" models in the industry called SmartPlan™. Clients are overwhelmingly appreciative of the transparency provided by these innovative models. I am now providing SmartPlan™ to real estate agents across North America in an effort to help transform the industry to a more transparent, logical way of doing business.

In addition to SmartPlan™ I provide Website design/build services to enhance business marketing as well as management consulting focused on lowering operating cost through the implementation of appropriate business technology.
