Where is the the social networking site where 2000 eager sellers and buyers eagerly sign on in 100 hours. Inman Community, ActiveRain, RealTown, Zillow Community and RealSeekr are all just digital water coolers...where tech vendors get to graze among the sheep.

The "Curbstoners" Are Back! Yeah just what our profession needed...everyone should move into and set up shop in Starbucks, Barnes and Noble or your local Hotel Lobby. VERY VERY PROFESSIONAL! One hundred years ago, they called this type of real estate dealer a "curbstoner." Back then these individuals set up shop on the sidewalk and were peddling homes. Now, present day curbstoners often squat inside the property of businesses. Its easy...head over to Barners and Noble and plug in the lap top, spend 2 bucks for a cup of coffee, and make your calls....Hours and hours of free electric, free heat, free desk, and free toilet paper. 100 years ago Curbstoners were often viewed by consumers as "less than truthful" in their dealings. Let's see what happens this time.
