    I could not agree with you more. Having been involved in social media in a variety of industries, such as music, law enforcement, etc., the real estate industry seems to lack industry specific bookmarking sites. I mean what is the "digg" or "technorati" of real estate?

    I think that Coldwell Banker has made a great strategic decision by opening up their data. They have been showing so much due diligence in their efforts to work with potential customers and their own network of agents and other people. In this market, it's is one of the most powerful, strategic moves I have seen in a while.
