My mission is to provide you with exceptional service!
I have the Training, Integrity, Patience, and Perseverance that are needed to help you through your real estate transaction. You can trust me to provide you with current information in a timely fashion about the Monmouth County market. I know the area having lived in Monmouth County since 1966.
I understand the need for continuing education having worked in careers where keeping up with current trends is vital. As a veteran teacher, I earned my M.A. in Severely Multiply Handicapped in order to better serve students with disabilities in my classroom. Twenty-five years in the classroom developed my abilities for patience, flexibility, organization, follow-up, and a positive disposition!
In Real Estate I completed the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the Resort Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Designations with plans to continue earning other National Association of Realtors (NAR) designations in order to better serve your needs.
My experiences and training as a New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) Training Consultant developed my advocacy and negotiation skills which will help me persevere in negotiating the best possible transaction for you.
Real Estate is all about trust, problem-solving and clear communication, skills that were developed and refined as an instructor for the Jersey Coast Chapter of the American Red Cross. I worked as a volunteer and then a paid staff member training participants in Lifeguard Training, Water Safety Instructors, and CPR/AED/FA.
I am committed to serving my community by volunteering for the MODC’s mentoring program for High School students and SquanCats, a program to trap, neuter and release feral cats or domesticate them for adoption.
All of my education and years of experience have prepared me to provide you with exceptional service whether you are planning to rent, buy or sell. Call me it would be a pleasure to help you!
