Another view about this bailout... When property owners where making tons of profit from their real estate activity, no homeowners offered to share a bit of their profits with the lenders (since they put up most of the purchase money) But when they realize a monetary loss... they want to blame others! I guess we are ALL greedy after all.

"if it doesn't Sell... Raise the Price!" Of course this is a good idea. Remember the laws of "supply and demand" economics 101. Goldwell Banker is Smart. And I do not even work for them.
