Welcome!

Man oh man. Where have all the salesmen gone? What happened to those who know that "You have to list to last" in the real estate business? Having control of listings by using an advanced, current and value added listing presentation and getting well priced listings in inventory, you have the only "gateway" that you need to get buyers and other Realtors to show them and sell them. So,load up your wagon, saddle up and get out there! Quit being the "Go To Girl (or guy) for information. Learn to ask a question (qualifying ) everytime you answer one. Tit for tat. At least you feel better about having your time "abused". And you know what you are dealing with -buyer or liar! Don't be in such a hurry to throw a "buyer" in your car until you know that he is a buyer. Let someone else be their chauffer at today's gas prices. But don't get cynical. Enjoy skill building, do your job and you will be rewarded. No one can use you if you don't allow it. Remain professional, and enjoy the game again. It is much easier to learn to list than to master being every thing to every buyer. And if you are constantly getting and servicing listings, you are never bored, always have something to do and you can systematically service them and have a life rather than the fireman's role of buyer's agent. And,who knows your listing better than you do or the circumstances of the seller? You are always the expert which builds confidence. In designing listing strategies and creative owner financing in this market, you can truly provide a service. Learn to set yourself apart by mastering your presentation. Learn what is effective and what is not, cost effective and what is not. Pricing property and suggesting non-bank loans are the keys in this market. And you will quickly find out who the serious sellers are. There are thousands of them out there who desperately need your services in this market. Sincerely, No Creeper here

Love the crisp new look-Mahvalus! But most of all, I still love the content. This information is so important to Realtors for all kinds of reasons and I applaud your effort. Keep up the good work. A fan for many years!!! Beth Smith
