I am a Realtor and Broker since 1983. I specialize in Residential & Land properties in the N.San Diego area. Along with my Real Estate sales, I am an expert Witness and Legal Consultant in Real Estate litigation. As a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the North San Diego County Board of Realtors, I serve as Presiding Officer of the Grievance Committee, an Arbitrator and Mediator for the Board of Realtors and serve on the Rules and Hearing Committee for our local MLS Service, Sandicor, Inc. I have enjoyed working with buyers and sellers over the years and in all types of markets. I began in Point-of-Purchase advertising which has been an asset in promoting my listings. Detail is the key word for providing a successful escrow. I pride myself on being available for my clients and being with them every step-of-the way. My clients are not left out in the cold. I see my escrow through to the end and am still available to them after the sale has been completed.
