I know a lot of people poo poo SEO in this industry and surely focusing on good old fashioned marketing is a great approach but I also know a few incredible agents who do nothing but work on their sites and suck in leads. 85% of buyers are starting their home hunt on the web now and nearly all are typing in a query in google.com to get started.
