That was a pretty straight forward and easy to complete. My one suggestion would be to allow the user to choose more than one field per question. Some of us are involved in more than one business.

I like the abilty to win something. Definately will motivate more users to complete it.

Pick me, pick me!

I had trouble with the question that asked how we liked various segments. I could, for example, only rate one question "likes a lot"... Using FF 3.0

Just finished the survey. It was nice and to the point. I have surveys that are 20 pages long. I noticed the same thing as jay. for the 5 segments I could not use one of the 5 ratings twice.

Constructive survey. Would love to see Inman run fewer "press release" type articles, and more analytical pieces delving into the details of controversial topics.
