Adam Wiener joined Redfin in September 2007 as a product manager, designing tools to help agents collaborate more effectively with their clients online.  In early 2009 he transitioned into his current role as Director of Partner Programs & New Products, developing Redfin’s referral network as a complement to its core brokerage business.  Prior to joining Redfin, Adam led Microsoft’s XML platform team, and served as a systems architect on Microsoft’s enterprise interoperability team.  He graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Human-Computer Interaction.
