Terms and Conditions for for Monthly Memberships

Inman provides its membership service to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. Your use of the Inman News Membership constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, policies and notices.

• Access to Inman News is reserved for paid Members only and is not transferable. Accounts of Members who share their User Name and Password or redistribute Inman articles without permission will be cancelled without refund.


• Only articles bearing the notation "Copyright (year) Inman News Features" are eligible for one-time reprinting in print publications. Other articles without this notation contained within the Inman Database are for Web viewing only. Eligible articles are available only for print use and may not be reprinted on the Internet (i.e., displayed on Websites, used in email, Newsletters, Blogs, etc.).
  
  Reprint rights for our members require the use of the entire article, no additions, deletions or substitutions. Each reprint must include both the byline and copyright in addition to the phrase, "Reprinted with permission of Inman News" at the bottom of the article.

• ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS FOR NEWSPAPERS AND FOR OTHER PRINT PUBLICATIONS:

• Newspapers are not eligible to use this process to obtain reprint rights to Inman News Features stories written by the following columnists: Bob Bruss, Paul Bianchina or Robert Griswold. Newspapers interested in one-time reprint rights of Inman News syndicated columnists should contact the Inman Sales Department at 800-775-4662 ext. 128.


• Inman News retains control, redistribution rights and/or ownership of the copyrights to all content provided as part of the news membership service. Except as otherwise specifically permitted herein, all materials (text, audio, video, photos, graphics, software) contained and transmitted as part of the news membership service cannot be broadcast, duplicated, edited, manipulated, published, rented, sold, publicly displayed, used in litigation or used for commercial or promotional purposes or redistributed.


• The membership fee for the service must be paid in advance and will grant the user access to the Inman News Database for a period of one month, commencing on payment date.


• You, as member, grant Inman permission to charge the membership fee to your credit card on a monthly basis until you notify Inman News prior to renewal date via email to customerservice@inman.com that you wish to cancel. Memberships are for 1 month periods. Prepayment must be made in full. Refunds will not be issued.


• For monthly memberships, you must pay a membership fee for a minimum of 6 months to qualify for event or research report discounts.
